Jello Mochi w/Twist
If you want to "throw off" your friends or family, try this recipe!
1 box mochiko (sweet rice flour)
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 1/2 cup sugar
6 oz. pkg Jell-O (any flavor, I like strawberry for this recipe)
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 cans 7-up, ICE COLD
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Sift dry ingredients in a bowl.
Mix wet ingredients in separate bowl.
Add wet ingredients to dry slowly, mixing constantly.
Pour into greased 9" x 13" greased pan.
Bake for 60 minutes.
Cool completely and cut with plastic knife.
