

Sake Wings w/Ginger Dipping Sauce

Prep Time: 10 | Cook Time: 40 minutes | Ready In: Overnight (marinade)
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- ½ cup sake
- ½ cup Aloha shoyu soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspon grated ginger
Ginger Dipping Sauce
- 2 inches ginger root, grated
- green onion, finely chopped
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Cooking Process:
Mix sake, shoyu, garlic and ginger. Put chicken in ziplock bag and pour mixture. Soak overnight.
Make ginger sauce by mixing ginger, green onion, cilantro, oil and salt in a bowl. Mix and set aside.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake wings for 40 minutes, until wings are dark and golden brown and the skin is crispy. Serve with ginger sauce.
