The original recipe was made with orange marmalade and was served to me on a BBQ pulled pork sandwich. I wondered how it would be using an island favorite, guava jam.
- ½ c. mayonnaise
- ½ c. catsup
- ¼ c. vegetable oil
- ¼ c. guava jam or jelly
- 2 TB+ 2 tsp red wine vinegar
- ½ tsp. Coleman’s dry mustard
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
