Easy Grilled Miso Chicken
This recipe is super easy, and packs a ton of flavor for dinner in less than 30 minutes!

- 2-3 lbs. chicken thighs, boneless, skinless (optional)
- Aloha shoyu, enough to wet the chicken (1/4 cup)
- 2-3 tablespoons miso paste (you can even use the instant miso soup paste packets)
- green onion, finely minced
Put on a pot of rice, turn on the grill, mix all ingredients in a bowl, cook for 10-12 minutes, serve. A great meal in under 30 minutes!
