Miso Shoyu Chicken
A take on our favorite Misoyaki style preparation, but using chicken. Also great cooked over an open charcoal fire !
- 5 lb. chicken, drum sticks & thighs
- 1 c. white miso paste
- 1 c. Aloha shoyu soy sauce
- 1 c. beer
- 1/2 c. mirin sake
- 1/2 c. sugar
Marinate chicken overnight with combined ingredients. Remove from marinade and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
Serve over vegetables and rice!
