Stir Fry Chicken & Bok Choy Recipe
Chicken Bok Choy Stir Fry - A simple and quick stir fry meal that you can prepare in less than 30 minutes.
- 1 ½ lbs. chicken (breast or thigh), 1 ½ inch cubes
- 3 TB Aloha shoyu
- 3 tsp. dry sherry
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. white pepper
- Oil for frying
- ½ lb. bok choy, ends trimmed
- Carrots or Waterchestnuts (optional)
In a shallow dish; combine chicken with soy sauce, sherry, cornstarch, salt and pepper. Allow to sit 10 minutes. In a wok or skillet over medium high heat; stir fry chicken in oil until cooked through. Add boy choy and any additional vegetables. Cook until crisp tender. Serves 3-4.
