  • 1 ½ lbs. chicken (breast or thigh), 1 ½ inch cubes
  • 3 TB Aloha shoyu
  • 3 tsp. dry sherry
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. white pepper
  • Oil for frying
  • ½ lb. bok choy, ends trimmed
  • Carrots or Waterchestnuts (optional)

Cooking Process:

In a shallow dish; combine chicken with soy sauce, sherry, cornstarch, salt and pepper. Allow to sit 10 minutes. In a wok or skillet over medium high heat; stir fry chicken in oil until cooked through. Add boy choy and any additional vegetables.  Cook until crisp tender. Serves 3-4.
