

NOH Coconut Custard Pie
A simple to make, coconut custard pie using NOH Foods Coconut Milk Flavor Base packet.

- 1 store-bought 9" pie crust
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- pinch nutmeg
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 package NOH Coconut Milk Mix
- 1 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1 cup shredded coconut (optional)
NOH Coconut Milk
Cooking Process:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a small mixing bowl, mix NOH Coconut Milk and warm water. Mix well and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs slightly. Add vanilla extract, sugar, salt, nutmeg and NOH Coconut Milk Gently mix in whipping cream and fold in coconut. Pour into baked pie crust (follow preparation instructions on packaging before pouring filling into crust).
Bake in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
