

Lemon Lime Ice Cake
Another favorite flavor of this “long-time-ago” after school treat.

Prep Time: 10 | Cook Time: | Ready In: freeze 3 hours
- ½ c. fresh lemon juice
- ½ c. fresh lime juice
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 c. water
Cooking Process:
In a mixing bowl; dissolve sugar in juices and water. Pour into ice tray or individual cups. Freeze 2 hours until firm. Optional to freeze in a baking pan. Beat with an electric mixer and transfer into desired serving cups. Re-Freeze 1 hour.
