Grilled Miso Pork Burgers
Lucky for us, grilling time is all year round in Hawaii and these pork miso burgers are perfect for your bbq get-together!
- 1 lb ground Pork
- 4 Tablespoons Miso Paste
- 3 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Aloha shoyu
- 1 Egg
- 2 Tablespoons Sake
- 2 Cloves Garlic, finely minced
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger, grated
- 1 Stalk green Onion, sliced fine
Put pork, miso, sugar, shoyu, egg, sake, garlic, ginger and green onion into bowl and mix well with your hands. Shape into balls and flatten into patties just before grilling.
Cook on hot grill for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Serve on a bun or with rice.
