  • 2 lbs Chicken thighs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • salt & pepper
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Cooking Process:

Line a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with foil; set aside. In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda, paprika, pepper and macadamia nuts; set aside.  In another bowl, combine egg and milk. Dip chicken in egg mixture then roll in flour mac nut mixture. Place chicken and pour melted butter over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.  Turn chicken over and bake for another 30 minutes.
