Pineapple Cucumber Shiso Salad
Pineapple, cucumber shiso salad, a light refreshing salad that is super easy to make!
- 1 pineapple, cut into wedges
- 3 Persian cucumbers, quartered lengthwise
- 8 shiso leaves
- 3 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
Thinly slice pineapple and cucumbers crosswise. Stack shiso leaves, cut in half lengthwise, then thinly slice crosswise. Add honey and rice wine vinegar and toss all ingredients together in a medium bowl.
