Kaleo Pilanca's Hamburger Watercress

- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup Aloha shoyu soy sauce
- salt/pepper to taste
Add oil to pan, mince garlic and add to hot oil. Add ground beef and brown. Remove excess fat. Cut watercress into bite-sized pieces and add to pot. Stir ingredients in pot adding soy sauce and chicken broth. I usually like add enough broth to cover the ground beef and watercress and add the shoyu to taste starting with 1/4 cup and adding more as necessary. Simmer and serve over hot rice!
