  • ½ c. butter, softened
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 c. all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 c. fresh blueberries

Glaze:

  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 2 TB milk

Cooking Process:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Generously grease and flour a bundt cake pan. In a mixing bowl; cream together butter and sugar, add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla. Onto waxed paper; sift dry ingredients. Into butter mixture; stir in dry ingredients alternating with sour cream, ending with flour. Fold in blueberries. Spoon into prepared pan. Bake 45-50 minutes, until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Invert onto cooling rack.

Glaze

In a mixing bowl; combine sugar and milk until smooth. Spoon onto cooled cake.
