  • 3 lbs. chicken wings
  • Flour as needed
  • Oil for frying
Marinade:
  • ½ c. Aloha shoyu
  • ¼ c. sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece ginger, grated
  • 2 stalks green onion, chopped
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 TB sesame seeds, toasted

Cooking Process:

In a mixing bowl; combine marinade ingredients. Marinate chicken 2 hours. Dust chicken pieces in flour. Deep fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
