  • 1 c. dashi stock
  • ¼ c. Aloha shoyu
  • ¼ c. mirin
  • ½ TB sugar
  • 1 TB daikon (turnip), grated

Cooking Process:

Sauce: In a saucepan over medium heat; combine dashi, soy sauce and sugar. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat.

how to serve:

For service, add daikon. Optional to serve sauce hot or at room temperature. Makes 1 ½ cups.
