Homemade Stew (Chinese)
2 oz. pork, 2 oz. firm tofu, half zucchini, half green onion, 1 garlic clove, 2 slice of ginger, salt, five spices, Aloha shoyu, half cup chicken broth, half cup water, 1 table spoon cooking oil.
1. Slice pork meat, season pork with salt and five spice,
2. slice green onion, garlic, mince 2 slice of ginger, slice half zucchini, cut 2 oz. of tofu to small piece.
3. Turn on heat, add one table spoon of oil to wok or pot, add minced onion, ginger, garlic, add salt, 5 spice, add sliced pork meat, stir meat till changing of color, add sliced zucchini, tofu, fry for 2 minutes, add soy sauce, half cup of chicken broth, and half cup of water, mix
4. Reduce heat to low heat, simmer for 5 Minutes. turn off heat, Ready to serve.
serve with white rice
