Kim Chee Tofu Recipe
Simple way to serve tofu....Korean-style!

- 10 oz. block tofu, cubed, drained
- 12 oz. jar favorite kim chee, coarsely chopped, drained
- 1 ½ TB Aloha shoyu
- 2-3 sheets Korean dried seaweed, crumbled
Arrange tofu onto serving platter. Top with kim chee and soy sauce. For service; sprinkle with nori. Serves 6-8.
