US Metric

1 lb. U15 or U20 shrimp thawed and deveined
10 cloves garlic chopped
1 cup Flour
2 tbs Paprika
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp Clarified butter
1/8 cup white wine
Splash Aloha shoyu
1-2 tespoon salt
1-2 lemons


Cooking Process:

Heat pan on medium high heat. Add ½ cup butter and melt. Reduce heat and add garlic. Cook for 1 minute, stirring to avoid burning garlic. Lightly coat shrimp in flour, shake off excess and add shrimp to pan and cook in butter for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt, and flip shrimp. Cook for another 2-3 minutes. Finish by adding wine, clarified butter, paprika,shoyu and cayenne pepper. Serve with lemon wedges and rice!
