Ingredients: Print   Add to cart
US Metric

3 lbs of cooked Kalo
1 small to medium firm Ulu
1 lb Limu ogo
Salt/pepper to taste
2-3 Tablespoons Sesame seed Oil
1 Tablespoon Aloha Shoyu
*Optional ingredients: Chili Flakes, Inamona, Onion


Cooking Process:

Cook, Peel and Dice the Kalo and Ulu. Blanch limo ogo in boiling water, then ice bath immediately. Chop, mix all three ingredients together. Add sesame oil, continue mixing. Add salt/pepper to taste. Chill for 1 hour for flavors to blend and serve.
