US Metric

Beef
1 lb. beef, sliced thin
1/2 cup Aloha shoyu
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 piece fresh ginger, crushed
1/2 cup lilikoi juice


Pineapple Salad
1/2 cup ripe pineapple, cubed
1/4 cup sweet Maui onion, diced
1/4 cup green onions, sliced thin


Cooking Process:

Teriyaki Beef
Slice beef into thin slices. In a bowl, combine Aloha shoyu, brown sugar, ginger and lilikoi juice. Add thinly sliced beef and marinate for 30 minutes. In a pan over medium high heat, add 2 tablespoons of oil. Add slices of beef to hot oil and cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and serve with hot rice or poi!


Pineapple Salad
Add ingredients to a bowl, mix well and chill until ready to use.


Garnish with green onion, toasted sesame seeds.
