Ko Choo Jung Dipping Sauce
I love the flavor of Ko Choo Jung, which is a spicy Korean hot bean paste. It is very versatile. The specialty stores here usually have one entire row dedicated to this sauce, with so many different varieties and flavors.
- 1/3 c. Aloha shoyu
- 1/3 c. rice wine vinegar
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 3 TB ko choo jung sauce
- 2 TB sesame seeds, toasted
- 3 stalks green onion, chopped
In a mixing bowl; combine all ingredients.
Serve as a dipping sauce for fried or boiled mun doo, gyoza, won ton, gau gee. Makes 1 cup.
