  • 1 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ c. Aloha shoyu
  • ¼ c. oyster sauce
  • ¼ c. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt

Cooking Process:

In a mixing bowl; combine all ingredients well. Store in refrigerator.

Use to flavor stir fried vegetables and noodles. Makes good hostess gifts as well, pack with some dried noodles and a pack of chopsticks. Makes 1 ½ cup.
