1/3 c. dried red pepper flakes
1 tsp. Gochugaru (Korean red pepper powder)
1 ½ c. peanut oil
¼ c. sesame seed oil

Cooking Process:

In a saucepan over medium low heat; combine all ingredients. Simmer 10-12 minutes. Remove from heat; allow to cool. Transfer into container.
