Perfect Spinach Artichoke Dip
Made this Perfect Spinach Artichoke Dip many times. Love it with vegetable sticks and I love to eat it as is.
It's always a hit at gatherings. Make sure you keep another container of dip handy. It goes quickly.
- 1 - 16 oz bag frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 2 - 15 oz. cans quartered artichoke hearts, rinsed well and drained
- 1 envelope Hidden Valley - The Original Ranch Dips Mix
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients. Spray a small baking dish with vegetable oil spray. Spoon the dip into the baking dish and bake until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
Serve warm with crackers, baguette slices or raw vegetables for dipping.
