Stir Fry Green Beans & Lup Cheong
I love Chinese style green beans, still crisp tender, yet slightly charred. This Stir Fry Green Beans & Lup Cheong recipe is with Chinese Sausage, sweet and delicious.
1 lb. green beans, trimmed, 2-inch slices, diagonally 3 links lup cheong, ½ -inch slices, diagonally 3 tsp. vegetable oil Sauce: 1/3 c. chicken broth 3 TB Aloha shoyu 1 TB dry sherry 1 tsp. sugar ¼ tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. white pepper 3 tsp. cornstarch
In a small bowl; combine sauce ingredients. In a skillet or wok; over medium high heat. Stir fry beans in oil until blistering and slightly charred. Add lup cheong; stir fry 2-3 minutes. Stir in sauce until slightly thickened.
Serve immediately. Serves 3-4.
