A simple dressing to always have on hand. My favorite furikake to use is the ume. Great on noodle salads, on tofu or mixed greens.
¼ c. favorite furikake (nori, ume or sake) ½ c. sugar ½ c. vegetable oil 1/3 c. white wine vinegar 1/3 c. Aloha shoyu ¼ c. honey 1 tsp. ginger, peeled, grated 1 tsp. sesame seed oil
In a mixing bowl; or bottle; combine dressing ingredients well.
Makes approximately 1 cup.
