A dressed up appetizer recipe that will keep your guests wondering. Crescent rolls make everything taste great! Delicate and flaky rolls; creamy, salty and rich.
½ (12 oz.) can Spam, grated
1 tsp. vegetable oil
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. parmesan cheese, grated
¼ c. green onions, finely chopped
2 TB cilantro, finely chopped
1 TB milk
2 (8 oz.) cans refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a skillet over medium heat; cook spam in oil until lightly browned. Remove from heat to cool. In a mixing bowl; combine spam with cream cheese, parmesan cheese, onion, cilantro and milk.
On work surface; separate each can of dinner rolls into 8 triangles. Cut lengthwise in half. Spread each piece of dough with a heaping spoonful of spam mixture. At short end of triangle; roll dough. Place point-side down onto prepared baking pan. Bake 13-15 minutes until browned.
Serve immediately. Serves 6-8.
