  • 1 lb. Portuguese sausage
  • 1 can (1 lb., 15 oz)pork and beans
  • 1 can (15 oz.) kidney beans, drained
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 cup catsup
  • 2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 3 Tbs. dark molasses
  • 1 Tbs. prepared mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. vinegar

Cooking Process:

Cook sausage in water for 10 minutes, drain and slice. Put sausage, beans and onion into a 3-quart baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and stir into bean mixture. Bake, uncovered, in electric oven at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Makes 10 servings.
