  • 3 boneless, chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Aloha shoyu
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 cup sake
  • 1 piece fresh ginger root, crushed
  • Potato starch
  • Vegetable oil for deep frying

Cooking Process:

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.  Combine shoyu, sugar, garlic, sake and ginger.  Marinade chicken for 1 hour.  Dredge chicken in potato starch and deep fry in  hot oil until golden brown.
