2 stalks green onions, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/4 cups Aloha shoyu
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons sesame seed oil
2 dashes pepper
1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
1 cup flour
3 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons Aloha shoyu
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon sesame seed
1. Combine green onion, garlic, 1/2 cup shoyu, 1/2 cup sugar, sesame oil and dash of pepper for marinade.
2. Soak meat in marinade for at least 3 hours, best if overnight.
3. Coat marinated meat with flour then dip into egg.
4. Fry until golden brown.
5. Combine 2 tbsp shoyu, vinegar, 1 teaspoon sugar, sesame seeds and a dash of pepper for dipping sauce.
