US Metric

4 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled, coarsely mashed
¼ c. Aloha shoyu
3 TB sugar
1 clove garlic, grated
1-inch ginger, peeled, grated
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
2 large eggs, beaten
Pinch freshly ground black pepper
¾ c. all purpose flour
oil for frying

Cooking Process:

In a shallow dish; place flour. Set aside. In a mixing bowl; combine potatoes with remaining ingredients well. Shape into desired size patties Dredge lightly in flour. In a skillet over medium heat; fry patties in oil until browned on both sides.
