Roy's Dynamite Oysters
2 dozen oysters on the half shell, cleaned
2 Tablespoon Aloha shoyu
1/2 Teaspoon hot sesame oil
1/2 Teaspoon rice wine vinegar
1 Cup Hawaiian salt
2 Cup mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon oyster sauce
1/2 Teaspoon garlic, finely minced
2 Tablespoon cilantro, chopped
1 Teaspoon sesame oil
1 Teaspoon fish sauce
2 Teaspoon furikake
1/2 Pound medium shrimp, cooked and diced
2 each green onions, finely chopped
2.Place oysters in a baking pan.
3.In a bowl, mix shoyu, hot sesame oil and rice wine vinegar.
4.Drizzle over oysters and set aside.
1.In a bowl, combine all of the above ingredients for stuffing and mix well.
2.Stuff oysters evenly.
3.Place baking pan on the top rack of the oven.
4.Broil for three minutes.
5.Remove and place on a platter of Hawaiian salt.
6.Garnish with tobiko, radish sprouts or pickled ginger.
