Dough:
1 c. butter, softened
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 c. all purpose flour
Filling:
2 tsp. butter, melted
1 ½ c. brown sugar
2 large eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. pecans, coarsely chopped


Cooking Process:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees; generously grease 4 mini muffin tins. In a mixing bowl; cream together butter and cream cheese. Stir in flour. Press mixture into bottom and up sides of prepared tins. In a mixing bowl; combine butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla well. Stir in pecans. Spoon into crust lined muffin tins ¾ full. Bake 15 minutes, reduce heat to 250 degrees. Continue baking another 10 minutes. Optional to sprinkle with powdered sugar after cooled completely.
