  • 1 lb. mochiko (16 oz. box)
  • 1 box brown sugar
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 can coconut milk (12 oz.)
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • sesame seeds


Cooking Process:

Boil and cool the water and brown sugar. Add mochiko, coconut milk and oil. Beat all ingredients until smooth. Pour mixture into a 5 cup microwave tube pan sprayed with nonstick spray. Microwave on HIGH for 11 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes.  Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
