4 large baking potatoes
3 tsp. vegetable oil
½ c. Parmesan cheese, grated
½ tsp. garlic salt
½ tsp. seasoned salt
¼ tsp. onion powder
¼ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. freshly ground black pepper


Cooking Process:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Cut each potato lengthwise in half and then each half into three wedges. In a large bowl, toss potatoes generously with oil. In a small mixing bowl; combine the remaining ingredients. Add to potatoes; toss to coat well. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on prepared baking pan. Sprinkle with any remaining coating. Bake 40 minutes until golden brown and tender. Serves 6.
