Buckwheat Noodles
1/2 cup julienne red cabbage
1/2 cup julienne cucumber
1/2 cup julienne carrot
1/2 cup julienne onion
1/2 cup julienne pear
perilla leaves, thinly sliced
lettuce, thinly sliced
dried seaweed (geem), thinly sliced
2 eggs, boiled

sauce:
4 tbsp 7-up or sprite
2- 3 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp honey powder
1 tbsp red pepper paste
1 tbsp red pepper powder
1/2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp sesame seeds
3/4 tbsp sesame oil


Cooking Process:

1. First, mix well all the ingredients of the sauce. Refrigerate.
2. In a pot, boiled water and then add your buckwheat noodles and boil it according to the instructions, usually 5-10 minutes for it to cook. Then rinse your noodles under cold water and drain. Set aside.
3. Just use a mandolin to slice all your vegetables, pear, cucumber, carrot, onion, perilla leaves, red cabbage and lettuce.
4. In assembling, start by getting a fairly large plate and put the noodles and seaweeds on the middle and the vegetables on side, but it is still depends on how you want it to be arranged.
5. You can also add boiled eggs or fried chicken nuggets if you want.
6. Put the sauce mixture on top, add as much as your tastebuds can handle.
7. Mix it around thoroughly, be sure the sauce covers every vegetables.
8. Serve and enjoy!
