Pumpkin Spice Bread

3 large eggs
3 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. pumpkin (or one, 15-ounce can)
2/3 c. water

1 ½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
½ tsp. baking powder

 ½ tsp. all spice

Cooking Process:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour two 9-inch loaf pans. In a large mixing bowl; combine dry ingredients. In a separate bowl; combine eggs, sugar and oil. Stir in pumpkin and water.
