US Metric
    • 1 bag (18 oz) fresh poi
    • 2 eggs, beaten
    • 1 C. sugar
    • 1 t. vanilla
    • 2 ½ C. flour
    • 2 ½ t. baking powder
    • ¼ to ½ C. water
    • Oil for frying

Cooking Process:

Preheat oil. mix all ingredients, be careful not to overmix.  Fry in oil (325-340 degrees) until golden brown.  Spinkle sugar optional.
