Oxtail Luau Stew
I love beef luau stew and always wanted to try making it with oxtail. This recipe is so easy and basic but full of flavor.
Put oxtail in a pot and add enough water to barely cover meat. Add a couple pinches of hawaiian salt and 2- 3 cloves of garlic. You may also add an onion if you want a more flavorful broth. Cook for 2.5 - 3 hours until meat is tender. Once meat is tender, add the taro leaves. Cook for addtional 10 minutes, add more salt or liquid if necessary.
