US Metric

3 lb. chicken

1/3 c. lemon juice

1/4 c. vegetable oil

1/4 c. Aloha shoyu

2 TB sugar

1 clove garlic, chopped

1/2 tsp. fresh ginger, grated

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. white pepper

Cooking Process:

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients well. Marinate chicken 3 hours. Transfer into a 13x9-inch baking dish. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven 1 hour; basting as needed. Serves 4.
