  • 2 cups leftover Thanksgiving turkey, chopped
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups half-and-half
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 large package sharp cheddar cheese (16 oz)
  • 2 Packages frozen broccoli florets
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 cup leftover turkey gravy

Cooking Process:

In a pot saute onions in butter until tender.  Add flour to butter mixture and cook for a couple minutes.  Add milk, half and half, cream and turkey gravy. Bring heat to high for 5 minutes, add broccoli and turkey meat.  Cover and reduce the heat to low and allow to simmer for 15 minutes. Stir in the cheese and allow to melt.  Season with salt and pepper if necessary.  Serve with crusty bread or toast
