  • 4-5 Molokai sweet potatoes
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • fresh ground Hawaiian Salt

Cooking Process:

Heat oven to 450 degrees.  Cut potatoes into desired thickness and toss with oil in a bowl.  Spread onto cookie sheets and bake for 20-25 minutes or until desired crispness.  Sprinkle with fresh ground Hawaiian Salt and pepper if desired.
