US Metric
  • 6 pkg. pitted prunes
  • 1 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. Hawaiian salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Chinese five-spice
  • 1 box. C & H Brown Sugar
  • 1 pkg. White Li Hing Mui bits
  • 3 Tbsp. whiskey
  • 2 pkg. apricots
  • 1 pkg. lemon peel

Cooking Process:

You will need a very large bowl for this recipe!  Mix all ingredients in large bowl or container.  Mix every 30 minutes until salt is dissolved.  Pack into airtight containers; glass jars work well, as they won't retain the smell!
