

Spicy Tuna Salad
As a private chef & caterer, I'm a big advocate of fresh foods, but the truth is, I'm sometimes so busy that I just want a light, simple, high protein meal that will get me through the work load with minimal cleanup. This high fiber, protein packed meal is easy to make and great for lunch or as a quick snack.
Try adding some minced cilantro for a little extra flavor!
*Can serve with organic corn chips for extra crunch.
**Even better, if you're not short on time, grill up some fresh Ahi tuna or albacore and ditch the can!

- 1 can (5oz) no salt added, wild caught albacore tuna
- 2 tsp chili garlic sauce
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp of flax seeds
- The juice of 1 lime
- salt & pepper to taste
Cooking Process:
In a bowl, mix tuna with chili garlic sauce, cayenne & flax seeds.
Squeeze fresh lime juice over tuna.
Add salt & pepper to taste.
