Ingredients: Print   Add to cart
US Metric
  • 2 lbs. Kualoa Ground Beef or your favorite brand
  • 1.5 lbs Koena - (clean taro scrapings or grated pai'ai)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Hawaiian salt
  • 1oz Worshire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Up to 4 cups of random vegetables cut into 1/2" cubes (carrots, onions, celery, bell peppers)

Cooking Process:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Add all ingredients in large mixing bowl, mix thoroughly.  Put into ceramic baking pan

Cook at 400 degrees for 35-45 minutes depending on size of baking pan.  Serve hot!

Ohh my gosh. I just made this and my parents loved it. you can taste all the flavors and its a good blend of vegis.
