  • Romaine lettuce
  • Tomato
  • cucumber, 
  • mushrooms
  • red and yellow bell pepper
  • 4 sprigs of cilantro
  • one stalk of celery
  • goat cheese chevre
  • handful of won ton strips
  • cashews or macadamia nuts

Cooking Process:

Cut all vegetables for salad and place in bowl. 


Add all ingredients to blender and blend well.  Chill until ready to use.

Seared Poke

Prepare poke mix by soaking ogo in water as instructed.  Cut ahi into 1" cubes, mix ingredients, heat skillet and flash fry poke for 1-2 minutes.
