3 packets unsweetened instant oatmeal
1 cup coconut almond milk (unsweetened)
1/2 cup fat free greek yogurt
1 cup Taro Brand fresh or fresh frozen poi
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Garnish:
dried tropical trailmix, shredded coconut, chia seeds
Cooking Process:
Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Spoon about 3/4 cup of oatmeal mixture into glass jars or serving dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight. When ready to serve, garnish with your favorite toppings.
