US Metric

2 - 6 ounce salmon fillets
Hawaiian salt
1 cup milk
garlic powder to taste
pepper to taste

Sam Choy's Asian dressing

Cooking Process:

Sprinkle salmon with Hawaiian Salt and let stand in pan for 10 to 15 minutes. Add milk to cover salmon and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. Rinse the Salmon and pat dry

Heat oven to 375 degrees
Use a good frying pan (not a nonstick). Heat the pan until it is very hot and add tablespoon of Canola oil. Season salmon with Garlic Powder and pepper. NO SALT. Put salmon into hot frying pan skin side up Let stand 1 minute, turn over than put pan with salmon into oven. Cook for 7 to 10 minutes depending on size of salmon. Plate the salmon, and add Sam Choy's Oriental Dressing to cover the salmon.
