US Metric

1 jar of (Chicken, Better than Bouillon)
1 container firm tofu
4 Papaya
1/4 cup of chopped garlic
1/4 cup of Olive Oil
6 cups of water
6 Chicken thighs 

Cooking Process:

Bring water to a boil in a pot add 1/2 cup of Chicken Better than Bouillon and garlic. let simmer.
In a pot, add water and boil 6 Chicken thighs, remove bone and skin. Throw away water. Add to Simmering Bouillon. Remove seeds from all papaya's and cut into chunks. Remove tofu from container and slice the long way.

Pour olive oil into frying pan and throw in tofu. Slightly brown on each side. Cut into cubes.
Add papaya and tofu to simmering Bouillon.
