US Metric

2 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Oyster sauce
1 Tbsp Aloha Shoyu
1 Tsp Sesame oil
1 lb. Ground beef
1 Tsp Sriracha
2 Tbsp Panko (Japanese breadcrumbs)
1/2 Can Tulip brand luncheon meat (grated)
2-3 Garlic cloves (grated)
1 Cup sliced onion
3 Eggs
1/4 Cup vegetable oil
1-1/2 Tbsp vegetable oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 Cup cooked rice
1 package brown gravy 

Cooking Process:

Add ground beef, Tulip brand luncheon meat, oyster sauce, Aloha Shoyu, sesame oil, Sriracha,
panko, and garlic in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly. Once mixed well make hamburger patties.

Add 1/4 vegetable oil to frying pan on medium heat. When oil is hot add hamburger patties to
pan and cook until desired finish.

In clean pan add 1 Tbsp vegetable oil ad add onions. Saute until onions are translucent. Take onions from pan.

Add 1/2 Tbsp vegetable oil to same pan and cook eggs over easy, salt and pepper to taste. Following directions on package for making gravy.

On plate add 1/4 cup cooked rice, top with one Tulip burger patty, top with sautéed onions and smother with brown gravy. Enjoy!
